Return & Exchange Policy 退换货政策

Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 3 days have passed.

我们的退货政策是 收到商品之日起有效 3 天。如果超过 3 天，我们很遗憾无法提供退款或换货。

Eligibility for Exchange 换货资格

An item qualifies for an exchange if it meets one of the following conditions:

• Incorrect item received (wrong product sent).

• Defective item received (manufacturing defects or faults).

1. Items must be returned in their original condition (tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered). 退回的商品必须保持原始状态（吊牌完整、未穿戴、未洗涤、未修改）
2. Items purchased from third parties are not eligible for exchanges. 从第三方购买的商品不符合换货条件。

Exchange Process 换货流程

We sincerely apologize if you received a faulty, defective, or incorrect item (wrong size, color, or style).

如果您收到错误、损坏或有缺陷的商品（尺寸、颜色或款式错误），我们深感抱歉，并愿意为您更换正确商品。

To request an exchange:

申请换货步骤：

• Take a clear photo of the item in its original condition (tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).

拍摄商品的清晰照片，确保其保持原始状态（吊牌完整、未穿戴、未洗涤、未修改）

• Send the photo to our customer service via Instagram within 3 days of receiving the item.

在收到商品后的 3 天内，通过 Instagram 客服提交照片申请换货。

Refunds (If Applicable) 退款（如适用）

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed within approximately 2 weeks. 我们收到并检查您的退货后，将通知您退款申请的审批结果。如果批准，退款将在约 2 周内处理，并退回至您的原支付方式。
