1️⃣ 订单 Order

• 请在付款前确保所有订单信息（姓名 / 地址 / 电话 / 颜色 / 尺寸 / 件数）正确无误。
• 一旦订单确认并付款后，将无法修改，也不接受退款或换货。

Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, no changes, refunds, or exchanges will be allowed.

2️⃣ 付款方式 Payment

• 我们接受 Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR。
• 付款后请上传收据，方便查询。

We accept Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR. Please upload your payment receipt for reference.

发货 & 补单 | Delivery & Backorders

3️⃣ 现货发货 Delivery

• 现货订单将在付款确认后 1-3 个工作日内发货（除非特别注明为预售 / 补单）。
• 本地快递使用 J&T / Flash Express，运费将在结账时自动计算（根据重量及发货地区）。

Ready stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days upon payment verification (unless stated otherwise for pre-orders / backorders). Local

shipping is handled by J&T / Flash Express, and shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

4️⃣ 补单 / 预售 Backorders

• 每款商品的预计到货时间会更新在商品说明中，请在付款前确认。
• 付款后不可取消订单，除非商品缺货或因不可预计情况（如运输延期 / 面料短缺 / 库存不足等）。
• 不接受因补单延迟取消订单或退款。

Estimated arrival times for backorders are listed in the product description. Please confirm before making payment.

Orders cannot be canceled after payment, except in cases of stock shortages or unforeseen delays (e.g., shipping delays, fabric shortages,

insufficient stock). No cancellations or refunds will be accepted due to backorder delays.

订单跟踪 & 退换政策 | Tracking & Returns

5️⃣ 订单跟踪 Tracking

• 付款后，系统会自动弹出提示：

📲 "点击 YES，以 WhatsApp 获取订单更新"

👉 选择 "YES"，会跳转到 WhatsApp，发货后系统会自动发送快递追踪链接。

• After payment, you’ll receive an automatic prompt:

📲 "Click YES to get your order updates via WhatsApp."

👉 Select "YES", and it will redirect you to WhatsApp. Once shipped, the system will automatically send you a tracking link.

6️⃣ 退换 Returns & Exchange

• 商品必须保持原始状态（未穿、未洗、无污渍、无香水或清洁剂味道）。
• 以下情况不接受退换或退款：

❌ 个人原因（不喜欢 / 不合适 / 颜色误差 / 期望不符）。

❌ 可清理的小污迹，或不视为缺陷的商品。

🚚 快递运输过程造成的损坏，我们不承担责任。

Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, no stains, no perfume/fragrance or detergent scents).

No exchanges or refunds for:

❌ Personal reasons (not liking the item, wrong fit, color differences, expectations not met).

❌ Minor stains that can be cleaned, or items not deemed defective.

🚚 We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping.
